We try to use clear, basic English to tell our stories to people of all nationalities. If something is unclear during the tour, please tell us and we will take our time to explain it.
After you book a tour, you will receive a confirmation email that ensures your booking. The tours will always go through as planned, regardless of the weather or how many people show up. On the rare occasion a tour has to be canceled, we will notify you by email.

Our walking tour typically lasts around 2 hours, and we do not include any scheduled breaks.
However, we understand that nature calls, and we can make a quick toilet stop if needed. Please let your guide know if you require a restroom break during the tour.
Please note that we do not stop for food or drinks during the tour, but your guide can recommend nearby cafes or restaurants for you to visit after the tour.

Please be punctual for the tour start time, as we cannot guarantee that we will wait for late arrivals.
While we try our best to accommodate everyone, we may need to start the tour on time to ensure that we cover all of the planned sites and stories. In rare cases, we may wait a few extra minutes, but we cannot guarantee this.
Please note that it is not possible to catch up with the tour once it has started, so we encourage you to arrive on time to avoid missing any part of the tour.
To ensure that the tour starts on time and runs smoothly, we recommend that all participants arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. This will allow us to check everyone in, answer any questions, and start the tour on schedule. However, if you are running a bit late, don’t worry – we understand that things happen, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Just be aware that arriving late may mean that you miss part of the tour.
Our tours are considered ‘Free Walking Tours,’ which means that they operate on a donation basis. At the end of the tour, you are welcome to give the guide a donation that you feel is appropriate based on your experience.
